To submit genealogical material and/or data, please send an e-mail message to Gene Pennington (click on the link and it will start your e-mail program).
Be sure to include the following information:
Your Name (first and last):
E-mail address (please double check your e-mail address):
What type of material or data do you wish to submit?
What is the format of the material and/or data (jpeg, gif, pdf, dos, rtf, etc.)?
What is the size of the material file and/or data file (in kb)?
Do you hold the copyrights to the material and/or data?
If not, who holds the copyright to the material and/or data?
Once I receive your message, I'll contact you with additional information. To use your genealogical material and/or data and to avoid any copyright issues, the PRA needs your consent to use your genealogical material and/or data on our web site.
To do this, I'll send you a consent to publish form. Please read the publication release form below so you know what to expect.

I hereby grant to the Pennington Research Association (PRA) the right to publish my genealogical material and/or data. The genealogical material and/or data will appear on the PRA web site and will be clearly identified as copyrighted material written by me.
I understand that by selecting "Yes" below shall in no way affect my ownership of the copyright to said material or prohibit me from using my own material in any way I so desire.
