I'm looking for information on the Ephriam Pennington family in Campbell Co., Georgia in 1850. The census lists Ephriam (58), Lucy (49), Mary (22), Martha Jane (20), Eliza A. (18), Abraham P. (13), and James (10). Eliza married into my Davenport line when she married Overton F. Davenport on 5 Aug 1852. Overton's sister Matilda married William B. Pennington on 9 Dec 1845. William may well be another child of Ephriam as he's 25 in the 1850 census.

Looking for information on a Pennington family in Martins Ferry. Belmont County, Ohio, 1880 census...they are there!! Where do they stem from?

AJohn Pennington and his wife sarah (who I can somewhat trace through ancestry.com and familysearch.com was a Sarah Shoemaker, and before that a Sarah Carson), lived in 1880 in Martin's Ferry, Belmont County, Ohio. Have some information on sister Nettie and Margaret/Mamie...would like to know more about the family/line. Margaret/Mamie seems to have married a Collopy at some point and married an Albert N. Clark in 1883. Could be they headed west to California or Oregon.

I am trying to research Joshua Pennington, b. 1753 in NC or PA, son of Ephraim b. 1720 NC. There seems to be a lot of conflicting information on Joshua being married to Mary (Polly) Gist and Sarah Howard. I have found this information on family trees for Joshua, son of Richard and Joshua, son of Ephraim being married to both of these women. I am very determined to solve this dilemma, but need the help of the PRA members. If anyone has any information at all on Joshua, son of Ephraim, I will be happy to share all of my information and pay for any costs involved in obtaining new information. I just don't know where else to turn.
