Congratulations to Betsy VanAuker, Melinda G. Pennington and Frank Loy for being elected to a new 3 year term of office starting 1/1/12.

My thanks to Kathy Allman and her Election Committee for their help with making this a smooth election.

We have received a message from Helen France, Solicitor, on behalf of Sidney M. Graveston. Mr. Graveston is a long time PRA Member and is well known and respected for his Pennington genealogy research.

His Solicitor has requested that we let our Members and other genealogy researchers know of Sidney's poor health and to stop sending messages and/or postal mail to him.

If you do have any matters involving Mr. Graveston, please contact his Solicitor. Her information is listed below.

Hello PRA ~

We are now at the point that it is time to transition from the old MyFamily site to the new version.  The chief reason that we are making this switch is that the old site is no longer allowing users to access the family files.  While we aren’t completely happy with the new site, we have had good feedback and testing from many of our members.   If you have posted info on the old sites such as pictures, data, etc – please send me an invite so I can add you to the new site.  Once you have gotten your invitation, take at the look at the Help section at http://newhelp.myfamily.com/home#overview – please take the time to look around and familiarize yourself with the new site.  Let Gene or I know if you have any issues and we will do our best to help. 

Please send me a request to invite you to the new site.    Once I have received your request, I will add you to the new site and they will send you an invitation.  Once this is completed, please move any data that you posted such as photos or gedcoms to the new site.
